Historic Sites of Manitoba: Hammond Family Grain Elevator (Silverton, RM of Riding Mountain West)

A wooden grain elevator northwest of Silverton in the Rural Municipality of Riding Mountain West was built in the 1970s by Clarence Klimack on the original farmstead of Edward “Ed” Hammond (1874-1951) for on-farm grain storage.
