This 2½-storey wood frame and stone foundation house at the southeast corner of Henderson Highway and McIntosh Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 34 feet by 36 feet, was built in 1909 by contractor Peter McCalman at a cost of about $5,800, for owner Thomas Glendenning “Glen” Hamilton. A physician and Member of the Legislative Assembly, Hamilton conducted investigations into paranormal phenomena in the house.
At the time of a 2026 site visit, the house was only slightly modified from its original appearance.
