Historic Sites of Manitoba: Fleetwood Apartments (129 Lenore Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Lenore Street in Winnipeg was constructed in 1929 for owner Árni Eggertsson at a cost of about $65,000. The 65 foot by 100 foot structure contained 26 apartments in its original configuration. It contains 27 apartments today.
