Historic Sites of Manitoba: Dunstan Court (650 Westminster Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Westminster Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 39 feet by 38 feet, was designed and built in 1913 by financial agent Herbert A. Walley (son-in-law of John Alexander Saul) at a cost of about $20,000. The building contained eight apartments in its original configuration.
