This one-storey wood frame and stucco house on Monreith Street in Winnipeg, measuring 18 feet by 20 feet, was built in 1932 at a cost of about $800 for owner William Dudar, a labourer.
At the time of a 2025 site visit, the house was slightly modified from its original appearance.
