Formerly located on the south side of Sutherland Avenue between Schultz Street and Charles Street, adjacent to the Canadian Pacific Railway yards, in Winnipeg, a two-storey brick and reinforced concrete building, measuring 50 feet by 177 feet, was designed by the in-house architects. It was built in 1913 by the construction firm of C. W. Sharp & Son at a cost of about $60,000 as a general merchandise warehouse for the Canadian Pacific Railway. A wide range of merchandise was loaded and unloaded into boxcars via a spur line off the railway yards on the north and south sides of the building.
The building has been demolished and no vestige remains today.
