Historic Sites of Manitoba: Chartier House (RM of Morris)

This log building in the Rural Municipality of Morris is the oldest family house in the municipality. It was built in 1877 by Flavien Chartier, one of first settlers from Quebec to come to Manitoba. Owned by five generations of the Chartier family, the property is still owned by them.
