Historic Sites of Manitoba: Charleswood United Church (4820 Roblin Boulevard, Winnipeg)

This United Church on Roblin Boulevard in Winnipeg was designed by the architectural firm of Blankstein and Coop and constructed between 1957 and 1958 by volunteer labour under the supervision of paid craftsmen. The cornerstone was laid on 1 December 1957. Initially, services were held in the basement until the main sanctuary was completed. Additions to the church were made in 1984 and 2006.
