Historic Sites of Manitoba: Cavell Apartments (449 Kennedy Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Kennedy Street in Winnipeg was built in 1928 by Asmundur Petur Johannson at a cost of about $120,000. The 119 foot by 60 foot building contained 30 apartments in its original configuration.
