Historic Sites of Manitoba: Castlemaine Apartments (275 Furby Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Furby Street in Winnipeg, measuring 38 feet by 90 feet, was built in 1925 by Richard Henry Lear at a cost of about $37,000. The building contained 14 apartments in its original configuration. It has 15 apartments today.
