A 30,000-bushel wooden grain elevator at Cartwright, on the CPR Napinka Subdivision in what is now the Municipality of Cartwright-Roblin, was built in 1926 by Paterson Grain, replacing two prior elevators at the site. An annex was built beside it in 1953. Sold to Federal Grain in 1969, becoming its #2 elevator here, it was re-sold to Manitoba Pool Elevators in 1972, becoming Pool C. The elevator was closed soon after and was demolished.
