Historic Sites of Manitoba: Buena Vista Apartments (40 St. Mary's Road, Winnipeg)

This one-storey apartment complex at the northwest corner of St. Mary’s Road and Walmer Street in the St. Boniface area of Winnipeg, consisting of sixteen identical one-storey frame and stucco buildings, each measuring 14 feet by 42 feet by 18 feet, was developed and built in 1928 by Campbell & Company for owner David Campbell at a cost of about $100,000.
