Formerly located at the northwest corner of Sutherland Avenue and Argyle Street North in Winnipeg, a 1½-storey brick building, measuring 20 feet by 24 feet, was built in 1931 at a cost of about $2,000, for owner Alexander Budnik (1895-1966) of the Budnik Brothers Fuel Company. The building originally had two gasoline pumps and a small office for a service station attendant.
The building has been demolished and the site is now a vacant lot.
