Historic Sites of Manitoba: Brantford Apartments (550 Ellice Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Ellice Avenue in Winnipeg was built in 1928 by Skuli Benjaminson at a cost of about $85,000. The 105 foot by 60 foot building contained 29 apartments in its original configuration. It has 30 today.
