This 1¾-storey dark brown brick, half timbered and stucco house on Church Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 26 feet by 26 feet, was built in 1931 at a cost of about $4,000, for owner Henry Borger, proprietor of Park Billiards.

At the time of a 2025 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
