Historic Sites of Manitoba: Bertrand House (251 Provencher Boulevard, Winnipeg)

This two-storey wood frame house on Provencher Boulevard in Winnipeg was built in 1890 for lawyer and municipal official Theophane Bertrand. The building was approved for demolition on 4 November 2019 and the site was clear at the time of a 2023 site visit. The property has been rezoned for development.
