Historic Sites of Manitoba: Bentley Apartments (860 Westminster Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Westminster Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 40 feet by 78 feet, was designed and was originally planned to be built in 1913. Construction was postponed to 1920 and completed by George Ephraim Baldry. The building contained 11 apartments in its original configuration. It has 12 apartments today.
