A wooden grain elevator at Beausejour, on the CPR Lac du Bonnet Subdivision, was built for the Lake of the Woods Milling Company. An annex was built beside it in 1954 then the entire complex was sold in November 1959 to Manitoba Pool Elevators. Closed in 1994, the elevator was used for a time as overflow storage space as the need arose. The elevator was demolished in October 2002.
