Historic Sites of Manitoba: Bayview Apartments (182 Colony Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Colony Street in Winnipeg was designed and built in 1929 by contractor William Wesley Fleming at a cost of about $90,000. The 50 feet by 117 feet structure contains 29 apartments.
