Historic Sites of Manitoba: Alverstone Apartments (874 Alverstone Street, Winnipeg)

This two-storey wood frame building on Alverstone Street in Winnipeg, measuring 27 feet by 80 feet, was designed and built in 1912 by Haldor Haldorson at a cost of about $20,000. It contained 11 apartments in its original configuration. It has 12 apartments today.
