This company was incorporated at Winnipeg in March 1895 with its founding directors being Silas R. Parsons, Henry Bell, William E. Hazley, J. M. O’Loughlin, R. S. O’Loughlin, and Thomas A. Watts. It produced hundreds of postcards of western Canada, identified on them merely as “C. S. Co., Winnipeg.”
