Civil servant.
Born in Winnipeg and bought up in his family’s Oak Street home. He has a BA (Winnipeg) and an MA in economic history (Toronto). A former Hudson’s Bay Company employee and federal public servant, he has been researching his Manitoba family’s history, is compiling a compendium of his father’s many unpublished works, and teaches sailing and marine navigation.
