Librarian.

Born in Hamilton, Ontario, David Beasley studied English Literature and History at McMaster University, studied modern French Literature at the Sorbonne in Paris and read German Romantic Literature in Vienna, then worked for thirty-five years in New York City as a research librarian and union leader. He has an MLS and a PhD (Economics) and has written more than 30 books.
