Wayne Arseny
Customs officer, municipal official, heritage advocate.
He was Mayor of Emerson (1992-2001) and served on the Manitoba Heritage Council (2000-2013). He serves on the Council of the Manitoba Historical Society. In recognition of his community service, he received a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal (2012).
