Manitoba Business: Delmar Commodities

This privately-owned commodities handling firm was founded in 1995 by Winkler-based businessman Martin Harder. The following year, the firm purchased its first facility, the former Manitoba Pool grain elevator at Jordan.

The company has since between purchased by American entities, first in 2019 by the Ceres Global Ag Corporation based in Golden Valley, Minnesota then in 2025 by the Bartlett Grain Company from Kansas City, Missouri.
